Who is the designer?
GL_ARCH is a professional architectural studio that carries out the practice of architectural design in all its typological declinations with particular attention to the study of interiors, both private and commercial. The strength of the studio is the daily interaction between different professional figures, such as technicians, specialised companies and skilled craftsmen. The objective of Studio GL_ARCH is to provide a complete service that goes from the initial contract to the realisation of the work, up to the study of every small detail that makes it valuable. This happens on a daily basis, thanks to the constant pursuit of our objectives: research, assistance, consultancy and advanced design.
What is the most important focus when starting a new project?
All our projects are always focused on the search for a meeting point between functionality and aesthetics, with design focused on the needs and tastes of the client. The rooms are modelled and shaped on the individual users with sartorial care, making each project unique and refined in detail. A design based on minimalism and clean forms, characterised by pure colours and authentic furnishing elements.
In your opinion, what role can a door play within a project?
Unique corners, cosy environments, open spaces, perfectly designed light spots, trendy colours together with striking furniture elements can be created in a project, yet the real calling card of any home will always be the doors. It is, in fact, the first impression of a room. It cannot be avoided and everyone will come across it sooner or later. It is not just a point of passage, it is much more because it ushers you into a new space and its presence has the task of immediately presenting your home or premises in the best possible way.
