We were among the first to produce, thirty years ago, subframes for pocket doors and sliding doors, and flush-to-the-wall systems. Since then the instinct for innovation has accompanied our entire company history. Innovation that cannot ignore the quality of materials and components and constant investment in process and product certifications, in order to guarantee our customers maximum reliability and safety.
The values that guide the company's approach, together with the support of craftsmen, technicians, architects, and many others, have allowed over time the evolution of Ermetika's brand concept into "Design Passages": design transitions towards a world open to innovation, attentive to detail, quality, and, above all, Made in Italy.
Our History
In 1987 the intuition of two specialized blacksmiths, the Spinazzola brothers from Barletta, gave life to one of the first production companies focused on the production of counterframes for sliding doors and pocket doors.
In 1992 the Ermetika brand was born.
The enthusiasm, the first successes and the passion of that artisan company from southern Italy provide the energy necessary for the establishment of a modern corporate reality and solid, strongly oriented towards research and development of products designed to increase the comfort of domestic life and the quality of interior design.
Today our brand turns 25 and is now a consolidated reality in the market, the natural choice of those who ask for uncompromising quality and aesthetics at the highest level.

an eco-compatible production chain.
For us at Ermetika, corporate evolution must be expressed throughout the entire production chain. For this reason we believe that sustainability and respect for the environment are very important and basic principles that must characterize the company at its root.
We have chosen to select only certified suppliers, who use materials with low environmental impact; we decided to reduce the pollution caused by the transport of products, designing a packaging that takes up small volumes; we have regulated internal waste management with the aim of limiting the impact on the environment and reducing unnecessary product waste, recycling and recovering part of this in different production processes.
To power our production plants we use a 100 kW photovoltaic system which allows us to generate clean, renewable and locally self-produced energy.

Our work is synonymous with guarantee, as demonstrated by the obtaining of the ISO 9001:2015 certification which evaluates and certifies compliance in the management of company processes, and the results achieved in the tests to which we subject our forklifts : Renowned technical bodies at the forefront of product testing have certified the durability and acoustics of our elements. In the first case, the results of the verification test, carried out according to the dictates of the UNI EN 1527:2000 standard, demonstrated a durability of 100,000 opening and closing cycles, a guaranteed load capacity of 100 kg and a breaking load of 576 kg. Furthermore, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 10140-1:2016, UNI EN ISO 10140-2:2010 and UNI EN ISO 717-1:2013 standards, laboratory measurements have demonstrated excellent sound insulation.
